Overview
The Library Management System is a backend project designed to manage library-related information through an API and database.
My contribution
I worked on the backend of the application, focusing on the API structure, server-side logic, and interaction with MongoDB.
What I built
I developed backend functionality for managing library data through API endpoints and structured the application so that requests could be processed and stored in the database.
Database
MongoDB was used as the database for storing and managing the application's information. I worked with the database while developing and testing the backend functionality.
API testing
I used Postman to test API endpoints and verify that requests and responses were working as expected.
What I learned
This project strengthened my understanding of backend architecture, API development, database integration, and testing backend functionality independently from the frontend.
